The location here is great as it's within walking distance to everything we needed and we also enjoyed seeing Alkhaleej Makarim Village nearby.

Located on the seaside and has its own beach. Quite place with very few residents.

Very expensive with no quality in return. The reception staff were not trained and poorly managed, the security staff and house keeping were not pleasant nor cooperative. The roads inside the resort were damaged and in poor condition, the general condition of the room was showing signs of poor maintainance, construction work was taking place at the garden to expand the adjacent room, Phone calls are rarely answered especially to reception staff, the restaurant is located too far and no transport service nor room delivery is available.

old resort and under reconstruction, no services the stuff is not friendly. I request extra bed and blanket from 2:00pm many and many time, they brought it at 1:30 am (after 11 houres) the resturant food is very expensive and no tast at all

I loved the place and had a very comfortable stay for two nights. the room was particularly good and comfy, complete with a balcony, full kitchen, and bathrooms. - the location was good, for example, Alkhaleej Makarim Village was approximately a 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

All in all we loved big room with beautiful view and balcony and kitchen. The staff was very good and accommodating all the time.

The staff was really helpful and professional and gave me recommendations. Location: the hotel was not far from Khobar, and the water sports and activities. Again, I could reach Alkhaleej Makarim Village just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The great location in a nice area with nearby markets and stores, along with the lovely rooms with patios, made our stay here fantastic.

Access to the Beach

it is very old and I can't say this is a 5 star hotel .. the kitchen was very old and broken also the oven is not safe . I had a small electrical shock .. also kitchen ware (spoons, plates..etc) were very old not clean and not for human use.. room service were very poor we called them at 3 pm and they came at 8 and 3 persons came to explain them that we need extra bed.. also the fridge an A/C are not for humans .. moreover the room was just newly painted and the smell of the paint was still in the room we request to change the room to a better one but the management wasn't help full.. also the kids play ground was broken and not safe, no much entertainment facilities in the beach ... the pictures on this website was not as reality

The room I had was spacious and had a bathroom, full kitchen, and a patio. the staff were friendly and professional throughout the hotel. - the location was peaceful and conveniently within walking distance to everywhere I wanted to visit.

They should do something with there housekeeping staff ! called them many times but no response !

We had a wonderful stay at Golden Tulip Dana Bay Resort in Dhahran. Traveling with our child, we spent two nights and had a lovely time. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and came with a nice patio. We received excellent service during our stay.
